Resource Based IT Support
With a Resource Based IT Support Contract you commit to a number of days per month/ per quarter
at an agreed daily rate. The days do not expire and additional days can be purchased
at the same rate should you use more than the committed number. There is a minimum
monthly usage set to cover the commitment to service level so that should there
be no call upon the services during any month then an agreed charge would be applied
to your availability.
The contract is set up to provide an agreed guaranteed service level – four hours
on site for server failure, next day for PC problems for example. You can add
Managed IT Services (MITS)
services as part of a resource based contract. The contract can also include remote
monitoring of the server on a regular basis, based upon 30 minutes being deducted
from the available time for each remote connection, login or telephone support incident.
The aim of a resource based IT support contract is to be flexible and tailored to your
requirements.
